Balephi Energy Pvt. Ltd. (BEPL) is the developer of the 40 MW Balephi Khola Hydroelectric Project and the fifth hydropower project under RM Group, an established business group led by Mr. Krishna Prasad Acharya. Aqoure Company is also a promoter of Balephi Energy Pvt. Ltd., contributing to the project through its partnership and investment.

Private land purchase in progress, Civil work contracts being finalized, Topographical survey contracts signed, Design consultant signed, Explosives contract signed are in progress.
